Horse Creek Rendezvous this Saturday in Morrill

Virgil Ritz and Skip Lessert were guests on News Extra Wednesday morning to promote Morrill's annual "Horse Creek Rendezvous", which is coming up this Saturday.

Rodders and Friends car show registration starting at 7 a.m., followed by Show and Shine.  Enjoy breakfast at the Village of Morrill Park from 7 to 9 a.m.  5k Adults Run at 7:30 a.m. 1 Mile Kids Run starts at 8.  Co-ed Softball Tournament 7:30 Friday evening and 8:30 Saturday morning at Brown's Legion Field.

The Kid's Bike/Trike Parade starts at 10:00 a.m. at the Morrill Public Library. (register at 9:30)

The Parade starts at 11 a.m.

Antique Tractro Show from 12 noon to 4 p.m.

Music and Entertainment from 1 pm. to 5 p.m.

There will be Kid's Bike Races on Center Avenue at 11:45 a.m.

Alumni celebrations all day.  Historic buildings walking tour.   Fire Truck rides for the kids.  Food and drink vendors.  The American Legion Auxiliary cooks hamburgers at noon.  Free Swim day at the Morrill Pool.  Open House at the Morrill Public Library and Village Museum from 1 to 3 p.m.

There will be a free barbeque supper at 5 p.m.  and the Street Dance on Center Avenue will be from 8 p.m. to midnight.
